Teams, roles, and accountability

Share one PalmFlow workspace with your team — roles and permissions, per-item checkout and check-in, and a full activity log so you always know who did what.

When more than one person touches your inventory, "who did what" stops being obvious. PalmFlow gives a team shared access to the same inventory in real time, with the accountability to keep it clean.

Inviting your team

  1. 1Go to Settings → Team.
  2. 2Invite a member by email.
  3. 3Assign them a role that fits what they should be able to do.

Everyone works against the same live inventory — no exported copies, no out-of-date spreadsheets emailed around.

Roles and permissions

Roles control what each member can see and change, so you can bring on a part-time lister or a shipping helper without handing over the keys to billing and settings.

Per-item checkout and check-in

For physical workflows, members can check out an item they're working on and check in when they're done. At any moment you know who's holding what — useful when several people are pulling, photographing, or shipping at once.

The activity log

Every meaningful action is recorded in an activity log: who edited an item, changed a status, moved a location, or processed an order. It's a full audit trail, so accountability isn't a guessing game.

Team size, roles, per-item checkout, and audit-log depth depend on your plan. See Plans and billing and /pricing.

PalmFlow is inventory, eBay sync, and bookkeeping for resellers — in one place.
