    Yes — the Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You can track up to 50 inventory items and connect one marketplace. When you're ready to scale, upgrading takes seconds.

    We're currently in early access, so we're offering a generous free tier to get you started. Paid plan trials will be available at general launch. In the meantime, reach out via the contact page and we can work something out.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced on request — contact us for details.

    Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings with no penalty. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you'll be moved to the Free plan.

    If you're based in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at support@palmflow.app within 14 days and we'll process a full refund promptly. Outside the EU, refunds are handled case-by-case — we're reasonable people, just get in touch.

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll never lose access to your data when switching plans.

    Each unique product listing you create in PalmFlow counts as one item. Variants (e.g. different sizes of the same item) under a single listing count as one item. Sold items don't count toward your active limit.

    Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. EU/EEA customers will have applicable VAT added at checkout based on their billing country. A VAT invoice is provided for every payment.

    Your data is retained for 90 days after cancelation so you can export it or reactivate your account. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted. We don't hold your data hostage — CSV export is available on all paid plans.
