Most reseller tools pick one lane: listing, or bookkeeping, or inventory. If you’re pricing up an alternative to Vendoo, List Perfectly or Flyp, this is what the other way round looks like.

Nothing about this is anyone doing a bad job. Each of these is good at the thing it set out to do. The gap is between them.
The crosslister
Puts the item on five marketplaces in one go, which is genuinely hard and genuinely useful. It doesn't know what the item cost you, so it can't tell you whether the sale was worth making.
The bookkeeping tool
Turns your sales into a P&L your accountant can file. It doesn't know the item exists until it sells, so it can't tell you what's sitting on the shelf or how long it's been there.
The inventory tool
Knows every item, where it is and what you paid. It doesn't talk to eBay, so the numbers are only as current as the last time you typed them in.
So you run two of them, or all three, and a spreadsheet in the middle doing the joining by hand. That’s three bills, three logins, and one number — what you actually kept — that lives in none of them.

- No Poshmark sharing automationSharing bots are a category of their own and we're not building one. Plenty of sellers run one alongside PalmFlow.
- Fewer marketplaces than the crosslistersThey've had years to build the integrations. More are planned here; the comparison pages say which are live today rather than which are coming.
- We're newerPalmFlow opened to everyone in July 2026. Some of the tools below have been running since 2019, and that's worth something.
