Choose Closet Tools / Resellbot if…

  • You sell on Poshmark and only Poshmark. Their Poshmark-native automation is the deepest in the category — self share, party share, offer-to-likers, follow bots, community share. PalmFlow doesn't do any of this, and doesn't plan to.
  • You manage 2–3 Poshmark closets and want them all in one dashboard sharing automatically. Closet Tools / Resellbot is purpose-built for that.
  • You already have a separate inventory and bookkeeping system — or you don't need one (pure Poshmark at low-to-mid volume).
  • You're comfortable with the tradeoffs: Poshmark's ToS officially bans automated means, share-jail is real, and CAPTCHA loops are a documented issue. Many sellers run these anyway. You've done that math.

Choose PalmFlow if…

  • You sell on more than just Poshmark. Closet Tools / Resellbot is explicitly Poshmark-only and does not crosslist.
  • You want real inventory: bin locations, SLA per status, per-item timeline, barcode scanning. Closet Tools is a bot, not an inventory system.
  • You want bookkeeping, P&L, cost basis, and tax-ready exports. Closet Tools has a basic revenue calculator — not the same thing.
  • You'd rather avoid the Poshmark ToS gray area and the CAPTCHA-loop maintenance tax entirely. PalmFlow doesn't offer a share bot and doesn't pretend to.
  • You're running a team and want roles, per-item checkout, and an audit trail.

Or run both

  • A serious Poshmark-heavy reseller can reasonably use both tools. Closet Tools / Resellbot for the Poshmark sharing and engagement bots; PalmFlow for the inventory, cost basis, crosslisting to non-Poshmark platforms, and bookkeeping.
  • They don't overlap — Closet Tools is engagement automation, PalmFlow is operational tooling. Different jobs, different tools.
