Pro is $19.99/month for 500 active items, up to 3 marketplace connections, and full bookkeeping. Ultra is $39.99/month flat for unlimited items and marketplaces plus team features. Only what's still in your inventory counts — items you've sold don't. Flat tiers, not item-metered, so 500 items and 5,000 items cost the same on Ultra.

Most people are running the same evening. Connect eBay, Shopify or Discogs and your listings and orders import themselves, or bring your spreadsheet in with the CSV importer. If you'd rather start clean, add items by hand or scan them in with your phone camera.

eBay, Shopify, and Discogs are live. eBay is full two-way sync (listings, orders, inventory, fees); Shopify imports your store's products and pulls orders in automatically. Discogs brings in both your listings and your sales — every record you have for sale becomes an inventory item, each sale arrives with its buyer, postage and the 9% Discogs took, and you can fill any record's pressing details from a catalog of 15 million releases. Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop are further out on the roadmap. Yes — Discogs is a first-class integration. Connect your account and every record you have for sale becomes an inventory item with its price, condition, label and catalog number already filled in, and each sale arrives on its own with the buyer, the postage and the 9% Discogs charged. There's also a catalog of 15 million releases in the item editor, so any record can fill in its own pressing details — label, catalog number, format, barcode, genres and cover art — instead of you copying them off the sleeve. That part works whether or not you sell on Discogs.

Yes. When a record sells, the order arrives with the buyer, the shipping address, the postage and Discogs' real 9% fee, sitting against the record it sold. The first sync reaches back 90 days. One thing to know: Discogs orders carry no tracking number anywhere in their API — you buy your own postage and mark the parcel sent — so these sales skip the ship queue rather than waiting on a carrier scan that was never coming.

No. Discogs is import only: PalmFlow reads your listings and your orders and never creates, edits or removes a listing there. Editing an item in PalmFlow won't change your Discogs listing. eBay is the only marketplace PalmFlow pushes back out to, and only the title, price and photos.

No. PalmFlow is a native web app with a server-side integration to eBay (with more marketplaces planned). Everything runs on our servers — sync keeps working when your computer is off, the app keeps running if Chrome updates, and nothing breaks when a marketplace tweaks its UI. Many competitors use Chrome extensions. We don't.

PalmFlow is a responsive web app that works on phone, tablet, and desktop, including hardware barcode scanners. You can list, scan, and ship from your phone without an app-store install. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap, but the web app is already mobile-first.

Yes. Unlike some reseller tools that are US-only, PalmFlow is not region-locked. You can use it from anywhere. Marketplace coverage will depend on which platforms operate in your country. eBay works internationally, and as we add more marketplaces some may be region-specific by nature.

Your inventory, sales, and cost basis data live in an encrypted Supabase/Postgres database hosted on dedicated infrastructure, with standard HTTPS everywhere and minimum-necessary access scopes. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and you can export everything or delete your account at any time. A formal SOC 2 audit — the paperwork larger buyers ask for — is on the post-launch roadmap; the encryption and access controls it would certify are already in place today.

No. We only pull listings, orders, and inventory state, not buyer messages or personal buyer information beyond what's needed to fulfill an order (shipping address, for example). Access scopes are minimum-necessary per marketplace.

You can export everything, items, sales, cost basis, P&L, to CSV at any time. If we ever shut down we'd give at least 90 days' notice and a final export window. Nothing is locked in our system.

Yes. Export your inventory CSV from your current tool, import it into PalmFlow, and reconnect your marketplace accounts. We've built the import to handle the common column formats from the major crosslisters. If you hit a weird case, email support@palmflow.app and we'll help you directly. It's a small team and we answer.

Yes, for inventory and cost basis. Export your MRG or QuickBooks data as CSV and import. If you want historical P&L carried over too, we can help map the columns. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Yes. Month-to-month, no contract, cancel from the billing page. If you cancel you drop back to the free plan and keep read access to your data until you export it.
