Questions we hear a lot
Straight answers on launch timing, pricing, marketplaces, data, and migration. If your question isn't here, email support@palmflow.app. A real person reads every message.
Launch and access
PalmFlow is in private beta right now, and the waitlist is how we pick who comes in next. We hand-select small batches of waitlist members as beta testers so we can shake out bugs before opening public access — every signup is a real candidate. Beta testers get early access ahead of public launch, founding-member pricing locked in for a year, and a direct line to the team (you'll know us by first name). A handful of invites go out per week, not all-at-once floodgates.
Yes. When we launch publicly, the free plan covers 50 items, cost basis tracking, one marketplace connection, and the full inventory interface. No credit card required. Built so you can actually run a small reseller operation end-to-end without paying us a cent.
Pro is $19.99/month for 500 items, unlimited marketplaces, teams, and full bookkeeping. Ultra is $39.99/month flat for unlimited items. Prices are locked in for the first year if you join as an early user. Flat tiers, not item-metered, so 500 items and 5,000 items cost the same on Ultra.
Two reasons. One: we're still ironing out rough edges and want every early user to have a real person available when something breaks. Two: we'd rather onboard 20 resellers properly than 200 resellers badly. The waitlist is how we keep that controlled.
Marketplaces and integrations
eBay and Etsy are live with full two-way sync (listings, orders, inventory, fees). Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Amazon, and Shopify are planned and in the roadmap. If you need a specific platform we haven't announced, email support@palmflow.app and tell us. We prioritize based on what actual waitlist users ask for.
No. PalmFlow is a native web app with server-side integrations to each marketplace. That means auto-delist works when your computer is off, the app keeps running if Chrome updates, and nothing breaks when a marketplace tweaks its UI. Many competitors use Chrome extensions. We don't.
PalmFlow is a responsive web app that works on phone, tablet, and desktop, including hardware barcode scanners. You can list, scan, and ship from your phone without an app-store install. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap, but the web app is already mobile-first.
Yes. Unlike some reseller tools that are US-only, PalmFlow is not region-locked. You can use it from anywhere. Marketplace coverage will depend on which platforms operate in your country. eBay and Etsy work internationally, while some US-only marketplaces (Whatnot, Poshmark US) are region-specific by nature.
Data, privacy, and security
Your inventory, sales, and cost basis data live in an encrypted Supabase/Postgres database hosted on dedicated infrastructure. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and you can export everything or delete your account at any time. Standard HTTPS everywhere. SOC 2 audit is on the post-launch roadmap.
No. We only pull listings, orders, and inventory state, not buyer messages or personal buyer information beyond what's needed to fulfill an order (shipping address, for example). Access scopes are minimum-necessary per marketplace.
You can export everything, items, sales, cost basis, P&L, to CSV at any time. If we ever shut down we'd give at least 90 days' notice and a final export window. Nothing is locked in our system.
Migration and switching
Yes. Export your inventory CSV from your current tool, import it into PalmFlow, and reconnect your marketplace accounts. We've built the import to handle the common column formats from the major crosslisters. If you hit a weird case, email support@palmflow.app and we'll help you directly. It's a small team and we answer.
Yes, for inventory and cost basis. Export your MRG or QuickBooks data as CSV and import. If you want historical P&L carried over too, we can help map the columns. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
We keep honest side-by-side comparisons at /compare, each one with feature tables, pricing, and where the other tool genuinely wins (because they do, on some things). The short version: PalmFlow folds inventory, crosslisting, and bookkeeping into one tool with flat pricing and no browser extension. Specialists will beat us on their specialty; we win on consolidation and on not breaking when Chrome updates.
Teams, plans, and billing
Yes. Pro ($19.99/mo) and Ultra ($39.99/mo) both include team features: roles, per-member permissions, per-item checkout and check-in, and a full activity log. Most reseller tools paywall teams behind their top tier; we don't.
Yes at launch. Annual plans will come with a discount (typically equivalent to 2 months free). Waitlist members also get founding-member pricing locked in for a year after launch.
Yes. Month-to-month, no contract, cancel from the billing page. If you cancel you drop back to the free plan and keep read access to your data until you export it.
