List Perfectly's catalog exports cleanly to CSV on the Business plan and up, and your eBay store fills in the rest. This guide maps List Perfectly's concepts onto PalmFlow's and walks through the move step by step.

    Background

    • List Perfectly launched in 2019, founded by two resellers — Amanda Morse and Clara Albornoz — and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a crossposting tool with a strong community around it, including the Listing Party events and an active seller network.
    • List Perfectly works through a Chrome extension that posts into marketplace forms and detects sales from your browser. There's no marketplace API connection — the extension drives your logged-in sessions, which is why it's desktop-Chrome-only.
    • PalmFlow launched in 2026. It's a reseller operations platform — inventory, orders, cost basis, and P&L built on server-side eBay, Shopify and Discogs API sync. No extension, and sync runs with your computer off.

    Concepts

    List Perfectly is a catalog that pushes listings out; PalmFlow is an operations system that pulls your business in. Here's the mapping.

    Before you start

    One thing to check before you start, because it decides which route you take.

    • Which List Perfectly plan you're on. CSV download lives in Express Editor & CSV Download, which is a Business-plan-and-up feature. On Simple, skip step 1 entirely — step 2 alone brings your live inventory over.
    • Your eBay account credentials, for the API connection.
    • Wherever you keep costs. List Perfectly has no cost-of-goods field, so your cost basis is in a spreadsheet, a notebook, or your head — you'll want it to hand.
    • A PalmFlow account. The CSV importers are part of Pro.

    Moving your data

    You'll need the Business plan or higher for List Perfectly's CSV download. On the Simple plan, skip to the eBay route in step 2 — your eBay store already holds most of what matters.

      Download your catalog from List Perfectly

      The export carries your catalog detail — the descriptions and measurements you spent hours writing. That's the part worth moving; the live prices and quantities come from eBay in the next step anyway.

      1. Sign in to List Perfectly and open Express Editor & CSV Download.
      2. Leave the filters open to export everything, or set a listed-date or sold-date range if you only want part of the catalog.
      3. Click Search, then Download CSV.
      4. Open the file. You'll see titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, UPCs, colors, and sizes — and no cost column, because List Perfectly doesn't store one.

      Add a column headed cost now and paste your cost basis in from wherever you keep it. It's the single highest-value ten minutes in this whole migration — without it PalmFlow can show you revenue but not profit.

      Connect eBay to PalmFlow

      This is the step that replaces the extension. Your live listings come across by API, and from then on orders arrive on their own — no Chrome tab, no computer left awake.

      1. In PalmFlow, open Settings → Integrations.
      2. Find eBay and click Connect, then authorize on eBay's own sign-in page.
      3. Choose the eBay marketplace you actually sell on rather than leaving the US default in place.
      4. Let the first sync finish — active listings arrive as items with titles, prices, and quantities.
      5. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store.

      On List Perfectly's Simple plan with no CSV access, this step is the whole migration. You lose the catalog descriptions List Perfectly held, but your live inventory and every future order come over intact.

      Import the CSV

      PalmFlow reads the export's headers on its own, and shows you what it made of the file before writing anything.

      1. Go to Inventory and click Import CSV.
      2. Choose your List Perfectly export.
      3. Read the preview: new items, sold rows becoming orders, duplicates it will skip, and every column it matched or ignored.
      4. Check that the cost column you added is being read — it should show as matched, not ignored.
      5. Confirm.

      Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so the eBay import and this file won't produce two copies of the same item. Without SKUs, trim the CSV to what eBay didn't bring in first.

      Bring your sales history and expenses

      Sales and business costs import separately, so they don't have to be mixed into the catalog file.

      1. Export again from Express Editor & CSV Download with a sold-date range set, or download an eBay Seller Hub orders report, and import it from Orders → Import CSV.
      2. Import supplies, subscriptions, and shipping materials from Expenses → Import CSV — a card statement works as well as a hand-kept sheet.
      3. Import inventory before sales, so imported sales have items to link back to.

      Check the numbers

      Reconcile against a period you already know before you change anything about your List Perfectly subscription.

      1. Open Reports and set the range to last month.
      2. Compare revenue and item counts against List Perfectly's analytics dashboard.
      3. Spot-check a few items for cost basis, since that's the column you added by hand.
      4. Undo the import in one click from the result message if you want to adjust the sheet and rerun.

    Anything you sold on eBay comes back on its own. Connect eBay, run Import past orders, and PalmFlow walks your history back two years — as far as eBay lets anyone go — with sale price, fees, and dates attached. You only need a CSV for sales made somewhere other than eBay.

    Troubleshooting

    The questions that actually come up partway through a move from List Perfectly.

    I'm on the Simple plan and there's no CSV download. Am I stuck?

    No. Connect eBay and your live listings come across by API with titles, prices, and quantities — no export needed. What you lose is the catalog detail List Perfectly held for items that aren't currently listed on eBay, and those you'd add by hand or with a quick sheet of your own.

    The export has no cost column. Where does my cost basis come from?

    You add it. List Perfectly doesn't store cost of goods, so paste your costs into a column headed cost before importing — PalmFlow also reads cogs, purchase price, and cost of goods as the same thing. If you skip it, you can fill costs in on the items later, but it's slower one at a time.

    The photo links in my CSV didn't come through.

    PalmFlow doesn't fetch photos from URLs in a CSV. Item photos sync from your live eBay listings instead, automatically and on every plan including Free. Anything you never listed on eBay needs photos added by hand. The listing photos on eBay itself aren't affected either way.

    Do I have to stop using List Perfectly?

    No. Nothing here touches your List Perfectly account or your listings on any marketplace. A lot of sellers keep crossposting through List Perfectly and run PalmFlow underneath as the system of record for inventory and profit.

    Will auto-delist stop working while I migrate?

    Your List Perfectly setup is untouched, so it works exactly as it did. Worth knowing for the comparison, though: PalmFlow's eBay, Shopify and Discogs sync runs on our servers, so it doesn't need your computer awake — but PalmFlow doesn't delist on marketplaces it isn't connected to, because it doesn't crosslist to them.

    An honest caveat: List Perfectly crossposts to 11 marketplaces — the widest US coverage there is — and its community is genuinely valuable. If wide crossposting is your business, stay.
