Migrating fromList Perfectly to PalmFlow
A guide on how to quickly switch from List Perfectly to PalmFlow.
Introduction
If you're considering moving from List Perfectly to PalmFlow, you're in the right place. List Perfectly's catalog exports cleanly to CSV on the Business plan and up, and your eBay store fills in the rest. This guide maps List Perfectly's concepts onto PalmFlow's and walks through the move step by step.

Background
- List Perfectly launched in 2019, founded by two resellers — Amanda Morse and Clara Albornoz — and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a crossposting tool with a strong community around it, including the Listing Party events and an active seller network.
- List Perfectly works through a Chrome extension that posts into marketplace forms and detects sales from your browser. There's no marketplace API connection — the extension drives your logged-in sessions, which is why it's desktop-Chrome-only.
- PalmFlow launched in 2026. It's a reseller operations platform — inventory, orders, cost basis, and P&L built on server-side eBay and Shopify API sync. No extension, and sync runs with your computer off.
Concepts
List Perfectly is a catalog that pushes listings out; PalmFlow is an operations system that pulls your business in. Here's the mapping.
| Concept | List Perfectly | PalmFlow |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory | The Catalog — one record per item, linked to its listings on each marketplace. | Items move In stock → Listed → Sold, with bin locations, per-status SLA, and a per-item timeline. Every sale creates an order. |
| Sales | Sales detection notifies you (auto-marks sold on Pro); Auto Delist is Pro Plus only, works with quantity 1, and needs the computer awake. | eBay and Shopify orders sync server-side with fees attached — no browser, no awake computer. Other marketplaces are logged with the Sell flow. |
| Costs & profit | No built-in cost-of-goods field — most sellers pair it with a bookkeeping tool or spreadsheet. | Per-item cost basis feeding a full P&L, plus an expenses ledger, goals, and tax reports — bookkeeping is built in. |
| Connections | Chrome extension only — it posts and detects through your logged-in marketplace tabs. | eBay and Shopify by API, server-side. No extension anywhere. |
| Crosslisting | The core feature — crosspost to 11 marketplaces, with per-plan limits on which fields carry over. | Not a PalmFlow feature today. PalmFlow syncs eBay and Shopify instead of crossposting. |
Moving your data
You'll need the Business plan or higher for List Perfectly's CSV download. On the Simple plan, skip to the eBay route in step 2 — your eBay store already holds most of what matters.
- 1
Download your catalog from List Perfectly
Open Express Editor & CSV Download, filter if you want (it supports listed-date and sold-date ranges), hit Search, then Download CSV. The export includes titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, UPCs, and sizes. It does not include a cost-of-goods column — if you track costs in a spreadsheet, paste them into a "cost" column before importing and PalmFlow will pick them up.
- 2
Connect eBay to PalmFlow
In PalmFlow, go to Settings → Integrations → eBay and connect. Active listings import automatically with titles, prices, and quantities, and new orders sync server-side from then on. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store. If you're on List Perfectly's Simple plan with no CSV access, this step alone brings over your live inventory.
- 3
Import the CSV
In Inventory, click Import CSV. Columns are detected automatically — no mapping step — and rows filtered to a sold date range become real orders in your P&L. Rows whose SKU already exists (from the eBay import) are skipped, so consistent SKUs prevent duplicates; without SKUs, trim the CSV to what eBay didn't bring in. CSV import is part of the Pro plan.
- 4
Check the numbers
Open Reports and sanity-check totals against List Perfectly's analytics dashboard. The whole import can be undone in one click from the result screen if you want to adjust the sheet and rerun.
What transfers
What comes with you, and how.
| Your data | How it moves | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Active eBay listings | Connect eBay — imported with titles, prices, and quantities. | Moves automatically |
| Catalog details | Titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, UPCs, colors, and sizes come over in the CSV. | Moves via CSV |
| Sold history | Export with a sold-date filter — sold rows become PalmFlow orders with price, platform, and date. | Moves via CSV |
| Cost of goods | List Perfectly doesn't store it. Add a cost column to the sheet before importing, or fill costs in later. | Manual |
| Item photos | The CSV carries image links, but PalmFlow doesn't fetch photo URLs from CSV. Photos sync from eBay listings on Ultra, or are added by hand. | Manual |
| Listings on other marketplaces | Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and the rest stay live where they are — PalmFlow doesn't manage them. | Stays behind |
PalmFlow doesn't crosslist. If you rely on posting to Grailed, Vestiaire, or Listing Party, see the conclusion before switching.
Pricing
List Perfectly prices by feature depth — every plan has unlimited listings, but fields, sales detection, and auto-delist unlock as you climb. PalmFlow's tiers are flat. Prices as of July 2026.
| List Perfectly | PalmFlow | |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | None | $0 — 50 items, no card required |
| Entry tier | Simple — $29/mo (title/price/photo crossposting only) | Pro — $19.99/mo, 500 items, cost basis + CSV |
| Middle tiers | Business — $49/mo · Pro — $69/mo | — |
| Top tier | Pro Plus — from $99/mo (adds Auto Delist, sub-accounts) | Ultra — $39.99/mo, unlimited items, teams (Enterprise sits above, for multi-store teams) |
| CSV export | Business plan and up | Included in Pro |
List Perfectly's auto-delist — the feature that prevents double-sales — requires Pro Plus, works with quantity-1 items, and needs your computer awake. PalmFlow's eBay/Shopify sync is server-side on every plan.
PalmFlow annual billing drops Pro to $15.99 and Ultra to $31.99.
Conclusion
The move is a CSV plus an eBay connection. Your catalog details and sold history come over in minutes, bookkeeping starts on day one, and nothing depends on a Chrome tab staying open ever again.
An honest caveat: List Perfectly crossposts to 11 marketplaces — the widest US coverage there is — and its community is genuinely valuable. If wide crossposting is your business, stay. If eBay (or eBay + Shopify) is your center of gravity and you're tired of extension workflows and separate bookkeeping, PalmFlow consolidates all of it.
