Reselling is a real business. We build software that treats it like one.

Inventory, profit, orders and your marketplaces in one calm, fast place. Built by Twin Palm.

    Reselling outgrew the spreadsheet

Every serious reseller ends up with the same tangle: a spreadsheet for inventory, a calculator for fees, a notes app for what sold, and a marketplace dashboard that tells half the story.

The numbers never quite line up, and the question that matters most is the hardest one to answer: did I actually make money this month?

So we built the back office

One place where your inventory, your orders, your marketplaces and your real profit live together and stay in sync.

PalmFlow exists because “did I make money this month” shouldn’t be a hard question. Reselling is a real business and it deserves software built like one, so you spend your time sourcing and selling instead of reconciling.

    What we won’t do

A pricing page tells you what something costs. These are the three things that will never change about it.

We don't take a cut of your sales.

Not a percentage, not a marketplace-style commission. A month where everything sells costs exactly what a month where nothing does.

    We don't charge per listing.

Plans are flat. Your bill is the same whether you list ten things this week or four hundred, so growing never costs you more per item.

We don't hold your data hostage.

Everything exports to CSV, and you can download a full copy of your account whenever you want. Leaving is a button, not a support ticket.

    The principles behind every decision

Four of them. They settle most arguments about what to build before the argument starts.

    01

    Sellers come first

Every feature has to earn its place by saving real time or real money. If it can't, it doesn't ship, however good it looks in a screenshot.

    02

    Clarity over clutter

One calm interface that never needs a manual. We'd rather cut a feature than bury you in dashboards you'll never open.

    03

    Real numbers, always

Profit after fees and postage, to the cent. No vanity metrics, and no rounding in our favor.

    04

    Say what's true

If something is broken we write that down, in plain words, on the changelog. Including the parts that were our fault.

A reseller shouldn’t need five tabs, three apps and a spreadsheet to know whether they made money this month.

The belief PalmFlow is built on

We ship, and we write it down

The last five days something reached sellers. All of it is on the changelog with what changed and, where it applies, what we got wrong.

Click it again and you're back to everything.Aug 18, 2026FixPhoenix answers faster, and speaks up when it can'tAsk Phoenix about your sales, your profit or what's on your shelf and the answer arrives quicker — most noticeably on the questions that need it to go and check a few things before it can say anything.Aug 8, 2026PolishOpening an item, or an order, rebuiltThe two pages you land on when you click into something — one of your items, or one of your sales — have been rebuilt to match each other and the lists they open from. Both now open the same way: what it is, then the four things you came to check, then everything else.Aug 6, 2026PolishThe pages you actually work in, rebuiltInventory opens on your shelf now, instead of on a form. Adding an item is a button you press when you want it — the form arrives, takes what you give it, and gets out of the way. It used to sit permanently above your stock, nine boxes open whether or not you were adding anything, which is a strange thing to look at every time you just wanted to see what you own.

    Made by Twin Palm

PalmFlow is built by Twin Palm: a small team that ships constantly, talks to sellers, sands down the rough edges, and adds what’s missing week after week.

The people using PalmFlow shape where it goes next, and a good number of the things on that list arrived because somebody wrote in and said the app was making their week harder than it needed to be. That’s the way we like it.
