Crosslisters
PalmFlow vs Vendoo
An honest side-by-side from the team building PalmFlow. Vendoo crosslists to ten-plus marketplaces and we don't crosslist at all — we'll lead with that rather than bury it. What follows is what you get for the money once crosslisting isn't the only question.
The bottom lineThese tools do different jobs. Vendoo is a listing layer — it posts to many marketplaces and it's good at that. It isn't an inventory system and its bookkeeping won't survive a tax return, so most Vendoo sellers pay for a second tool: Growth at $29.99 plus My Reseller Genie at $19.99 is about $50/mo. PalmFlow Pro is $19.99 for the inventory and the books together, and syncs eBay, Shopify and Discogs server-side. If crosslisting to Poshmark and Mercari is the whole job, Vendoo wins and we'll say so.

| Crosslisting — one listing to many marketplaces | 10+ marketplaces. This is what Vendoo is for, and it's good at it | No. PalmFlow syncs eBay, Shopify and Discogs, which is not the same thing |
| Auto-delist on sale | Yes — but your browser has to be open, and reviewers report missed delists | No — nothing to delist without crosslisting |
| Runs when your computer is off | No — the extension drives marketplace tabs on your machine | Yes — every integration runs server-side |
| Tracks an item before it's listed | No — an item enters Vendoo when you list it | Yes — bin locations, cost, photos, per-item timeline from the day you buy it |
| Cost basis and P&L | Basic sales figures — you'll still want a bookkeeping tool | Per-item cost basis, full P&L, tax reports |
| Subscriptions to run the whole operation | Two — Vendoo plus something that does your books (Vendoo Growth $29.99 + My Reseller Genie $19.99 ≈ $50/mo) | One |
| Browser extension required | Yes — and reviewers report breakage after marketplace updates | No — web app, any browser, any device |
| More than one person | Limited | 2 users on Pro; roles, permissions and teams on Ultra |
| Warehouse-grade inventory ops | No | Barcode scanning, SKU labels, per-status SLA, check-out/check-in, audit log (Ultra) |
| AI listing help | Yes | Yes on eBay, plus a price-drop suggestion once an item has sat unsold |
| Track record | Established, large user base, mixed support reviews | New — and small enough that your email reaches the person who wrote the code |
Choose Vendoo if…
- Crosslisting to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop or Facebook Marketplace is the job. Vendoo does it across 10+ marketplaces today and PalmFlow does not crosslist at all — if that's why you're shopping, stop reading and go get Vendoo.
- You want the cheapest unlimited-listing tier. Starter is $14.99 against our $19.99 Pro, and Vendoo's paid tiers don't cap items.
- You've used Vendoo for years and the extension workflow is muscle memory. Worth knowing what it costs you though: it only runs while your computer is on and Chrome is open, so delists stop when the machine sleeps.
- You already have bookkeeping you like. If you don't, price the pair honestly — Vendoo Growth at $29.99 plus My Reseller Genie at $19.99 is about $50/mo, and neither one knows where an item physically is.
Choose PalmFlow if…
- You want one bill instead of two. Vendoo lists; it doesn't do your books or track a shelf. PalmFlow Pro is $19.99 for inventory, cost basis, full P&L and live eBay sync together.
- You want to know what you own before it's listed. An item exists to Vendoo the moment you list it. PalmFlow tracks it from the day you buy it — cost, bin, photos, how long it's been sitting.
- You want sync that runs while you sleep. Vendoo's extension needs your computer on and Chrome open. PalmFlow's eBay, Shopify and Discogs sync runs on our servers.
- You're tired of extensions breaking after a marketplace ships a redesign. There's no extension to break here.
- You've outgrown a real free tier. Vendoo's free plan is 5 new items a month; ours is 50 active items, forever, no card.
- You're not doing this alone. PalmFlow has 2 users on Pro, and roles, permissions and per-item check-out on Ultra.

Vendoo's paid tiers are unlimited-item as of August 2026 — Starter $14.99, Growth $29.99, Pro $59.99, with a cheaper annual rate. The item-capped table lower down their pricing page is their legacy structure.
