Common workflows
- Fast intake — scan a product barcode to start a new item with its identifier already filled in, then add cost and condition.
- Find an item — scan a SKU label to pull up that exact item, its location, and its status.
- Put-away — scan an item, set its location, and move on to the next.
Tips
- For high-volume intake, a cheap Bluetooth scanner paired to your phone is faster than the camera and saves your battery.
- Print your own SKU labels so every item is scannable later — pair this with the label designer to keep everything consistent.
