Plans and billing
How PalmFlow's plans work — Free, Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise — flat pricing that doesn't meter your item count, plus how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
PalmFlow has four plans: Free, Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise. They are flat, not per-item metered — an account with 500 items and an account with 5,000 items pay the same on the same tier. The limits below are current; /pricing carries the prices and remains the source of truth if the two ever disagree.
Every new account also starts with 14 days of Pro, free and without a card. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan and keep your data.
Where a plan does list an item limit, it counts active inventory only — what's still on your shelf. Anything you've sold drops out of the count, so a long sales history never uses up the allowance you're paying for.
The plans
- Free — run a small operation end-to-end at no cost: 50 active items, 1 marketplace connection, 1 user, cost basis tracking, and the full inventory interface. Reports are limited to a rolling 7-day view. No credit card required.
- Pro — for growing sellers: 500 active items, 3 marketplace connections, 2 users, full reports and advanced profit-and-loss, tax reports, CSV import and export for inventory, sales and expenses, expenses and receipts, suppliers, goals, web push, bulk edit, 5 custom fields, and photo background removal.
- Ultra — for serious operators: unlimited active items, unlimited marketplaces, unlimited custom fields, 5 users, barcode scanning, label printing and the label designer, 15 custom statuses and SLA tracking, per-item checkout, duplicate merge, the month-by-month sales tax breakdown, roles, and 25 teams.
- Enterprise — unlimited users and workspaces, white-glove onboarding, a dedicated account manager, and a custom DPA. API access, webhooks, and custom integrations are available on request as part of an Enterprise agreement.
Monthly and annual billing
Monthly is month-to-month. Annual billing comes at a discount and adds a couple of additive perks on paid tiers. Pick whichever fits; you can change later.
Upgrading, downgrading, and canceling
- Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your account right away.
- Cancel any time — no contract. If you cancel, you drop back to the free plan and keep read access to your data so you can export it.
A note for early members
If you came in through the beta and we comped your plan, that stays yours. You can still upgrade to a higher tier later without losing it.
Common questions
How many items does the PalmFlow Free plan include?
The Free plan includes 50 active items. Active means items still on your shelf — anything sold or archived drops out of the count, so a long sales history never uses up the allowance.
Is there a free trial of PalmFlow?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, with no credit card required. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan and keeps all of its data.
Does PalmFlow charge per item?
No. Every plan is flat-rate. An account with 500 items and an account with 5,000 items pay the same amount on the same tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel PalmFlow?
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it or reactivate the account. Financial records we are required to retain for tax purposes are covered in the Privacy Policy.
