Plans and billing

How PalmFlow's plans work — Free, Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise — flat pricing that doesn't meter your item count, plus how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

PalmFlow uses flat plans, not per-item metering. An account with 500 items and an account with 5,000 items pay the same on the same tier. This page explains how the plans work; for current prices and exact limits, /pricing is the source of truth.

The plans

  • Free — run a small operation end-to-end at no cost: a starter number of items, cost basis tracking, one marketplace connection, and the full inventory interface. No credit card required.
  • Pro — for growing sellers: a higher item allowance, more marketplace slots, full reports and advanced profit-and-loss, CSV import and export, bulk edit, custom attributes, and more.
  • Ultra — for serious operators: unlimited items and marketplaces, barcode scanning, label printing, custom statuses and SLA tracking, ship-queue batch shipping, tax reports, roles and teams.
  • Enterprise — unlimited users and workspaces, API and webhook access, custom integrations, and white-glove onboarding.
Plans are slot-based for marketplaces ("pick any 3"), not tied to specific platforms. Exact item, member, and usage limits live on /pricing and may change — that page is always current.

Monthly and annual billing

Monthly is month-to-month. Annual billing comes at a discount and adds a couple of additive perks on paid tiers. Pick whichever fits; you can change later.

Upgrading, downgrading, and canceling

  • Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your account right away.
  • Cancel any time — no contract. If you cancel, you drop back to the free plan and keep read access to your data so you can export it.

A note for early members

Early users get founding-member pricing locked in for a year after launch. If you joined through the waitlist, that rate follows your account.

PalmFlow is inventory, eBay sync, and bookkeeping for resellers — in one place.
