Connect your eBay account

How to link eBay to PalmFlow for two-way sync of listings, orders, fees, and inventory — no browser extension required, and it keeps working when your computer is off.

eBay is PalmFlow's live marketplace integration, with full two-way sync. Connect it once and your listings, orders, fees, and inventory stay in step automatically.

How to connect

  1. 1Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. 2Click Connect on the eBay card.
  3. 3You'll be sent to eBay to sign in and authorize PalmFlow. This happens on eBay's own site — PalmFlow never sees your eBay password.
  4. 4Approve the requested permissions and you'll land back in PalmFlow. The first sync starts immediately.

The initial import can take a few minutes if you have a large catalog. You can keep working while it runs.

What syncs, and which way

  • Listings — active eBay listings appear as items in PalmFlow, and inventory changes flow back to eBay.
  • Orders — sales pull in automatically, with buyer shipping details needed to fulfill, and the matching item is marked sold.
  • Fees — eBay's final value and other fees are captured per sale, so your profit math is accurate without manual entry.
  • Inventory state — quantities and sold/ended status stay consistent on both sides.

No browser extension

PalmFlow connects to eBay through eBay's official API on our servers — not a Chrome extension. That matters in practice:

  • Sync keeps running when your computer is off.
  • Nothing breaks when Chrome updates or eBay tweaks its interface.
  • There's no extension to install, sign into, or babysit.

What we don't touch

PalmFlow requests minimum-necessary access. We pull listings, orders, and inventory state — not your buyer messages, and no personal buyer data beyond what's needed to fulfill an order. See Exporting and owning your data for the full picture on data handling.

Other marketplaces

eBay is the only live two-way sync today. Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop are on the roadmap. In the meantime you can still log sales from any marketplace by hand and PalmFlow tracks the profit — the Sell flow has a platform field, and reports break profit down by platform.
