    Migrating fromSellerAider to PalmFlow

A guide on how to quickly switch from SellerAider to PalmFlow.

    Introduction

If you're considering moving from SellerAider to PalmFlow, one thing shapes the whole migration: SellerAider's inventory is a mirror of what you've posted to the marketplaces, not a record it owns. That means the marketplaces themselves are your export — and it's a shorter move than it sounds. This guide maps the concepts and walks it step by step.

    Jump ahead

    Background

    • SellerAider is two products, sold separately. Crosslister copies one listing to 15+ marketplaces and can draft the whole thing with AI from a single photo — title, description, and a suggested price. Grow is an engagement bot: offers to likers, relisting, refreshing, sharing, and automatic messages.
    • Both run as Chrome extensions rather than server-side API integrations. That's how they reach marketplaces with no public API, and it's why the browser has to be open. SellerAider supports sellers in the UK, US, Canada, and France, and the UK coverage is one of its genuine strengths.
    • PalmFlow launched in 2026. It's a reseller operations platform — inventory, orders, cost basis, and P&L on server-side eBay and Shopify sync. No extension, and nothing depends on a browser tab staying open.

    Concepts

SellerAider gets listings out and keeps them active. PalmFlow runs the business those listings belong to. Here's the mapping.

    Before you start

Because there's no single inventory export to take, the preparation is mostly about knowing where each piece of your data actually lives.

    • Your eBay account credentials. eBay is the marketplace PalmFlow syncs, so it's the backbone of this move.
    • Access to Grow, if you sell on Depop — its listing export is the one documented way to get a marketplace file out of SellerAider.
    • Poshmark app access, if Poshmark is part of your business. Its own sales report is how that history comes across.
    • Wherever you keep costs. Neither SellerAider product advertises cost-of-goods tracking, so your cost basis is almost certainly in a spreadsheet.
    • A PalmFlow account. Step 1 works on Free; the CSV importers are part of Pro.
    • A decision on Grow. PalmFlow has no engagement automation and isn't building any, so if that's what you're paying for, plan to keep it.

    Moving your data

SellerAider's inventory dashboard is built from what you've posted, so the marketplaces hold the source data. That's what you'll pull from — starting with the one PalmFlow connects to directly.

    1. 1

      Connect eBay to PalmFlow

This is the step that replaces the extension for your eBay side entirely — no Chrome, no tabs, no computer left awake.

      1. In PalmFlow, open Settings → Integrations.
      2. Find eBay and click Connect, then authorize on eBay's own sign-in page.
      3. Choose the eBay marketplace you actually sell on. SellerAider covers the UK, Canada, and France, so don't leave this on the US default if that isn't you.
      4. Let the first sync finish — active listings arrive as items with titles, prices, and quantities.
      5. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store.

PalmFlow's eBay connection also reaches back roughly two years for order history, so a good chunk of your sales record arrives without you lifting a finger.

    2. 2

Pull an inventory file out of eBay

SellerAider doesn't document a general inventory export, so eBay's own report stands in for one. It covers everything Crosslister was managing on eBay.

      1. Open eBay Seller Hub and go to Reports → Downloads.
      2. Click Download report, choose Listings as the report source and All active listings as the report type, then Download.
      3. Open the file. Your SKU is the column headed Custom label; the price columns are Start price and Buy It Now price.
      4. Add a column headed cost and fill in your cost basis from wherever you keep it.

Only use this file for what the eBay connection in step 1 didn't already bring in — drafts, or stock you list elsewhere. Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so an overlap is handled for you rather than duplicated.

    3. 3

Export your Depop listings from Grow

Skip this if you don't sell on Depop. If you do, Grow has the one documented export in the SellerAider toolkit, and it's a single click.

      1. With the Grow extension installed, open your Depop profile.
      2. Click Save Items.
      3. Choose the download option in the popup — it saves as a CSV or a text file.
      4. Open the CSV and add a column headed cost, plus one headed platform with Depop in it, before importing.

This export covers Depop specifically. There's no equivalent documented for Vinted or Poshmark through Grow, which is why the next step goes to Poshmark directly.

    4. 4

      Bring your Poshmark history across

Poshmark has no public API, so no tool syncs it — but Poshmark itself will hand you a sales report, and it imports cleanly.

      1. In the Poshmark app, tap your Profile at the bottom right.
      2. Scroll to My seller tools and open My sales report.
      3. Choose Last full year, Year to date, or a custom range.
      4. Poshmark emails a download link for the CSV to the address on your account.

Take more history than you think you need. Pulling a second report later is easy; reconciling two half-imports isn't.

    5. 5

Import inventory, then sales, then expenses

In that order, always — imported sales link back to items that already exist. Every importer shows its reading of the file before writing a single row.

      1. Go to Inventory → Import CSV for the eBay listings file and the Depop export, and check that your cost column shows as matched rather than ignored.
      2. Import sales history from Orders → Import CSV — an eBay Seller Hub orders report and the Poshmark sales report both work.
      3. Import supplies, subscriptions, and shipping materials from Expenses → Import CSV.
      4. Sales and expense files cap at 2,000 rows each. Split a long history by year.

A column headed plainly price is read as the sale price, not what you paid. Head your cost column cost, cogs, or purchase price — that one header is the usual reason a freshly migrated inventory shows 100% margins on everything.

    6. 6

      Check the numbers

Reconcile before you cancel anything, especially with two subscriptions in play.

      1. Open Reports and compare item counts against eBay Seller Hub.
      2. Check last month's revenue against what you know you made across marketplaces.
      3. Spot-check a few items for cost basis, since that's the column you added by hand.
      4. Undo any import in one click from the result message if something needs fixing.

    Troubleshooting

The questions that actually come up partway through a move from SellerAider.

Is there a full inventory export from SellerAider?

Not one they document. Grow exports your Depop listings, and that's the only export we could find published. It matters less than it sounds: Crosslister's inventory is a mirror of what's live on the marketplaces, so eBay's own reports and Poshmark's sales report get you the same data from the source.

My Vinted and Poshmark listings didn't come over.

They wouldn't — PalmFlow syncs eBay and Shopify only, so those listings stay live where they are. You can still hold the items in PalmFlow's inventory and log the sales with the Sell flow, which keeps the profit math whole even though the listing isn't connected.

My eBay report imported with strange SKUs.

You've probably mapped the Item number column, which on eBay is the listing ID rather than your label — PalmFlow deliberately ignores it. Your SKU is the column headed Custom label; rename it to sku and import again.

    Everything imported with 100% profit.

Your cost column was ignored, usually because it's headed price — which PalmFlow reads as the sale price. Undo the import from the result message, rename the header to cost, and run it again.

I'm a UK seller. Does PalmFlow work for me?

Yes. PalmFlow isn't region-locked, and you choose your actual eBay marketplace when you connect — eBay UK included, rather than defaulting to eBay US. What PalmFlow doesn't do is crosslist to the UK-facing marketplaces SellerAider reaches, which is worth weighing if that's why you picked it.

    Do I cancel both products?

Only the ones you've stopped needing. PalmFlow replaces neither: it doesn't crosslist and it doesn't automate a closet. Plenty of sellers keep a crosslister for distribution and run PalmFlow underneath as the system of record for inventory and profit.

    Pricing

SellerAider sells its crosslister and its automation bot as two products, and the Grow tiers are metered by how many marketplaces you automate. Prices as of July 2026.

Crosslister Pro bundles Grow Pro, so it's the cheaper route if you were paying for both separately — worth checking before you compare against anything.

PalmFlow annual billing drops Pro to $15.99 and Ultra to $31.99.

    Conclusion

SellerAider's inventory was a mirror of your live listings all along, so the marketplaces hand you the data directly — connect eBay, pull a Depop export from Grow if you use it, and bring your Poshmark history in from Poshmark itself. What you add is the layer neither product had: cost basis, a real P&L, and stock that exists whether or not it's listed.

An honest caveat: SellerAider crosslists to marketplaces PalmFlow doesn't touch, its AI drafts an entire listing from one photo, and Grow's engagement automation has no PalmFlow equivalent — we don't run marketplace bots and aren't planning to. If UK crosslisting and closet automation are the job, keep it. The sellers who gain from switching want to know what they paid, what they actually made, and where the stock is.
