Before you start

   4. Open each file and confirm the cost, price, and date columns have values.

   Resylr is mobile-first, so the export is easier from the web app than the phone — you'll want the files on the machine you'll import from anyway.

   Connect eBay to PalmFlow

   Resylr connected to eBay too, so this pulls the same listings from the same source, and starts orders arriving server-side.

   1. In PalmFlow, open Settings → Integrations.
   2. Find eBay and click Connect, then authorize on eBay's own sign-in page.
   3. Choose the eBay marketplace you actually sell on.
   4. Let the first sync finish — active listings arrive as items with titles, prices, and quantities.

   Import inventory

   The CSV fills in what eBay can't know: what you paid, where it's stored, and the stock that lives on other marketplaces.

   1. Go to Inventory → Import CSV and choose your Resylr inventory file.
   2. Read the preview: new items, sold rows becoming orders, duplicates skipped, and every column matched or ignored.
   3. Check that your cost column is matched — PalmFlow reads cost, cogs, purchase price, and cost of goods as the same field.
   4. Head any storage column location, bin, or shelf so your locations come across too.
   5. Confirm.

   Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so the eBay import and this file won't produce two copies of the same item.

   Your Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, and Vinted history is the part only the CSV can carry — PalmFlow doesn't connect to those marketplaces.

   2. Import receipts, mileage, supplies, and subscriptions from Expenses → Import CSV.
