Before you start

• Wherever you keep costs. PrimeLister has no cost-of-goods field, so your cost basis is in a spreadsheet or another tool.
• A PalmFlow account. Step 1 works on Free; the CSV importers are part of Pro.
• A decision on the Poshmark bot. PalmFlow has no equivalent and isn't building one, so if sharing automation is central, plan to keep that subscription.

Moving your data

PrimeLister's Inventory Manager is a mirror of your live marketplace listings rather than a record it owns — which is exactly why you can rebuild it from the marketplaces themselves.

   Connect eBay to PalmFlow

   This is the step that replaces PrimeLister's eBay side entirely, and it does it without a Chrome extension, without fifty tabs opening, and without your computer staying awake.

   1. In PalmFlow, open Settings → Integrations.
   2. Find eBay and click Connect, then authorize on eBay's own sign-in page.
   3. Choose the eBay marketplace you actually sell on — PrimeLister supports Canada and Australia, so don't leave this on the US default if that's not you.
   4. Let the first sync finish — active listings arrive as items with titles, prices, and quantities.
   5. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store.

   PalmFlow's eBay connection also reaches back roughly two years for order history, so a good chunk of your sales record arrives here without you doing anything.

   Pull an inventory file out of eBay, not PrimeLister

   PrimeLister has no CSV export, so eBay's own report stands in for one. It covers everything PrimeLister was managing on eBay.

   1. Open eBay Seller Hub and go to Reports → Downloads.
   2. Click Download report, choose Listings as the report source and All active listings as the report type, then Download.
   3. Open the file. The SKU column is the one headed Custom label; the price columns are Start price and Buy It Now price.
   4. Add a column headed cost and fill in your cost basis from wherever you keep it.

   Only use this file for items the eBay connection in step 1 didn't already bring in — drafts, or stock you list elsewhere. Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so an overlap is handled for you rather than duplicated.

   Bring your Poshmark history across

   Poshmark has no public API, so no tool syncs it automatically — but Poshmark itself will hand you a sales report, and that imports cleanly.

   1. In the Poshmark app, tap your Profile, scroll to My seller tools, and open My sales report.
   2. Choose Last full year, Year to date, or a custom range.
   3. Poshmark emails a download link for the CSV to your account address.
   4. In PalmFlow, import it from Orders → Import CSV. Add a column headed platform with Poshmark in it if the file doesn't already name the marketplace.

   From here on, Poshmark sales are logged with PalmFlow's Sell flow rather than synced. That's a real difference from PrimeLister, and worth being clear-eyed about before you switch.

   Import inventory, sales, and expenses

   Inventory first, then history, then overheads — each has its own importer and each shows a dry-run preview before writing anything.

   1. Go to Inventory → Import CSV for the eBay listings file, and check that your cost column shows as matched.
   2. Import sales history from Orders → Import CSV — the eBay orders report and the Poshmark sales report both work.
   3. Import supplies, subscriptions, and shipping materials from Expenses → Import CSV.
   4. Sales and expense files cap at 2,000 rows each. Split a long history by year.

   Reconcile before you cancel two subscriptions.

   1. Open Reports and compare item counts against eBay Seller Hub.
   2. Check last month's revenue against what you know you made across marketplaces.
   3. Spot-check a few items for cost basis, since that's the column you added by hand.
   4. Undo any import in one click from the result message if something needs fixing.
