Background

• Crosslist is a Belgian company (Crosslist B.V., West Flanders) founded by Gilles Couvreur, live since the early 2020s. It passed 15 million listings created in January 2026, and stands out for covering European marketplaces like Vinted alongside the US ones.

Before you start

This is the shortest migration on the site, because most of it has already happened — your listings live on eBay, not inside Crosslist.

• Wherever you keep costs. Crosslist doesn't track cost of goods, so your cost basis lives somewhere else.
• A PalmFlow account. Steps 1 and 4 work on Free; the CSV importers in steps 2 and 3 are part of Pro.

Moving your data

Crosslist lists CSV import/export on its Gold and Diamond tiers, but doesn't publicly document the export's mechanics — so this guide leans on the route that always works: your eBay store itself.

   Connect eBay to PalmFlow

   Because Crosslist worked from your eBay listings by API, everything it managed is already on eBay. This one step is most of the migration.

   1. In PalmFlow, open Settings → Integrations.
   2. Find eBay and click Connect, then authorize on eBay's sign-in page.
   3. Choose your actual eBay marketplace — Crosslist covers UK, Canada, and Australia sellers, so don't leave this on the US default if that's not you.
   4. Let the first sync run. Active listings arrive as items with titles, prices, and quantities, and orders start syncing from that moment.
   5. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store.

   Export a CSV if you have one

   This step covers what isn't live on eBay: drafts, ended listings, and Vinted-only stock. If you're below Gold, eBay's own report covers the live side and you can skip ahead.

   1. On Gold or Diamond, use Crosslist's CSV export and take everything.
   2. If your plan has no export, download an active-listings report instead: eBay Seller Hub → Reports → Downloads → Download report, with Listings as the source and All active listings as the type.
   3. Open whichever file you got and add a column headed cost, then fill in your cost basis.

   Crosslist stores no cost of goods, so a file exported from it has no profit data in it at all. The cost column you add by hand is the difference between PalmFlow showing you sales and PalmFlow showing you earnings.

   Import the CSV for the rest

   The importer reads the headers itself and shows you its reading before writing anything.

   1. Go to Inventory and click Import CSV, then choose your file.
   2. Read the preview — counts, matched columns, ignored columns, and warnings.
   3. Confirm that your cost column shows as matched rather than ignored.
   4. Confirm the import.

   Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so this won't duplicate what eBay already brought in. On an eBay report, the SKU column is the one headed Custom label.

   Bring your sales history

   Crosslist keeps sales analytics on its higher tiers but isn't a system of record for past sales, so your history comes from eBay.

   1. Download an orders report from eBay Seller Hub — Manage orders → Download report, or Reports → Downloads.
   2. Import it from Orders → Import CSV.
   3. Import supplies, subscriptions, and shipping materials from Expenses → Import CSV.

   PalmFlow's eBay connection reaches back roughly two years for order history on its own, so check what's already there before you go hunting for a report.

   Check the numbers

   A quick reconcile before you touch your Crosslist subscription.

   1. Open Reports and compare item counts against eBay Seller Hub.
   2. Check last month's revenue against what you know you made.
   3. Undo any import in one click from the result message if you want to adjust and rerun.

Anything you sold on eBay comes back on its own. Connect eBay, run Import past orders, and PalmFlow walks your history back two years — as far as eBay lets anyone go — with sale price, fees, and dates attached. You only need a CSV for sales made somewhere other than eBay.
