    Migrating fromCrosslist to PalmFlow

A guide on how to quickly switch from Crosslist to PalmFlow.

    Introduction

If you're considering moving from Crosslist to PalmFlow, you're in the right place. Because Crosslist connects to eBay through eBay's official API, your eBay store — not Crosslist — is already the source of truth for your listings, which makes this migration mostly automatic. This guide maps the concepts and walks through the move.

    Background

    • Crosslist is a Belgian company (Crosslist B.V., West Flanders) founded by Gilles Couvreur, live since the early 2020s. It passed 15 million listings created in January 2026, and stands out for covering European marketplaces like Vinted alongside the US ones.
    • Crosslist is API-first where marketplaces allow it — eBay connects through an authorized API session — with a browser extension covering the rest. Plans are metered by new listings added per month.
    • PalmFlow launched in 2026. It's a reseller operations platform — inventory, orders, cost basis, and P&L on server-side eBay and Shopify sync, with flat tiers instead of listing caps.

    Concepts

Crosslist is a listing tool; PalmFlow runs the operation behind the listings. Here's how the ideas map.

    Moving your data

Crosslist lists CSV import/export on its Gold and Diamond tiers, but doesn't publicly document the export's mechanics — so this guide leans on the route that always works: your eBay store itself.

    1. 1

      Connect eBay to PalmFlow

In PalmFlow, go to Settings → Integrations → eBay and connect. Because Crosslist worked from your eBay listings via API, everything it managed is already on eBay — and it all imports into PalmFlow automatically with titles, prices, and quantities. Orders start syncing server-side from that moment. Connect Shopify the same way if you run a store.

    2. 2

Export a CSV if you have one

On Gold or Diamond, use Crosslist's CSV export for anything not live on eBay — drafts, ended listings, or Vinted-only stock — and for your records. Alternatively, eBay Seller Hub's active-listings report covers live inventory without Crosslist's involvement at all.

    3. 3

Import the CSV for the rest

In Inventory, click Import CSV. Columns are detected automatically — no mapping step. Since Crosslist doesn't track cost of goods, add a "cost" column to the sheet first if you keep costs in a spreadsheet; PalmFlow reads it and your P&L is real from day one. Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped, so the eBay import won't be duplicated. CSV import is part of the Pro plan.

    4. 4

      Check the numbers

Open Reports and confirm item counts against eBay Seller Hub. If an import needs a redo, it can be undone in one click from the result screen.

    Conclusion

Because Crosslist rode on your eBay store, the hard part of this migration doesn't exist — connect eBay and the inventory imports itself. Bring a CSV for costs and stragglers, and your P&L is live the same day.

An honest caveat: if you sell on Vinted or other European marketplaces, Crosslist covers platforms PalmFlow doesn't touch — keep it for the crossposting. Plenty of sellers run PalmFlow as the system of record for inventory and profit while a crosslister handles distribution.
