The costs that repeat now log themselves
Your store subscription, the storage unit, the shipping software — the costs nobody hands you a receipt for are the ones that never get written down, and every one you miss is a deduction you don't claim. A $27.95 monthly store subscription is $335.40 a year.
- Describe it once on the Expenses page: what it costs, what it is, and whether it repeats weekly, monthly or yearly. From then on it lands on your ledger on the day it's actually due, dated that day, and counted in your profit like anything else.
- Nothing is written in advance, so next month never shows up holding money it hasn't spent yet. Each entry says "repeats monthly" on the line, so a row you didn't type is never a mystery.
- Every one stays in front of you with the date of its next charge. Skip a single month when you get a refund, pause it while you're not selling, or stop it for good — and stopping it leaves everything it already logged exactly where it is, because you really did pay those months.
- A subscription billed on the 31st stays on the 31st. It doesn't quietly walk back to the 28th after the first February and stay there.
- The Expenses page has been rebuilt around it while we were in there — one column, plain rows, the spending breakdown doubling as the filter, and an expense still logged in about four seconds.
