Teams worth creating, and every plan says its name
A team is now a real thing: a name, a color, and a line saying what it's for. Sourcing, Photos, one per consignor, one per partner — whatever the split actually is in your shop.
- Set one on an item and the inventory list filters down to just theirs, with an Unassigned option for everything nobody has claimed yet.
- Rename or recolor a team and every item already assigned to it follows. The same goes for statuses and custom fields — anything you made, you can now change your mind about, instead of deleting it and starting again.
- Statuses take a color as well, so a shelf full of stages reads at a glance rather than as a list of words.
- In stock and Listed stay where they are. Your marketplaces match on those two names to work out where something goes when a listing ends or an order is cancelled, so they take a color and a time limit but keep their names.
- Every card in workspace settings now says which plan it belongs to, in the heading, in that plan's own color. You can see what you're paying for without finding out by being stopped.
- And it says how much of it you've used. Ultra includes 25 teams and 15 statuses of your own, Enterprise has no ceiling, and the count sits next to the button that spends it.
- Workspace settings is four tabs now — General, Members, Items and Expenses — rather than one page you scrolled to the bottom of. Cleanup and the activity log were rebuilt to match.
- The plan you're on sits by your name in the sidebar, so it's answerable without opening billing.
- Creating a workspace got the same treatment, including the photo cropper the rest of the app uses, and it now tells you how many workspaces your plan includes before you fill anything in.
