Sold items don't count toward your plan's item limit
Item limits count active inventory only — what's still on your shelf. Sold and archived items drop out, so a long sales history never uses up the allowance you pay for.
- That's how it has always worked, but every page just said "500 items", which reads as 500 ever. Pricing, billing, and the plan comparisons now say "active items" so you can see where you actually stand.
- Spreadsheet imports count the same way, and the preview tells you whether a file fits before it writes anything.
