Keep the receipt with the expense
Every expense can now hold its receipt. Photograph it, attach a PDF, or paste a link to wherever it already lives — an order page, a shared folder — and it stays with the expense instead of in a shoebox.
- Inventory items take one too. That's the receipt for what you paid for the item, sitting next to its cost, which is exactly what you want in front of you if anyone ever asks you to prove a cost basis.
- Receipts are private. They're not part of your listing photos and they never go out with them — only people in your workspace can open one.
- Rows that have a receipt show a small clip. Click it and the receipt opens right there over the page, next to what you were charged, so checking one against the other doesn't cost you the list you were reading. It still opens full size in its own tab whenever you want it to.
- Your exported expenses now carry a receipt column too, so whoever does your taxes can follow it.
